You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hominthory.com. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@hominthory.com before the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us promptly at info@hominthory.com, including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or send the correct item at no additional cost.

9. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the total delivery time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.
